Phase 2 of the country’s reopening will start after Jun 18, 11.59pm, the COVID-19 multi-ministry task force announced on Monday.

From Friday, June 19th AWAC will resume routine health screening and we will be ready to welcome you with our usual highest level of service, hygiene and enhanced safety measures.

How does AWAC ensure Safe Care?

1. We uphold high standards of safety and hygiene measures to protect both our colleagues and clients

2. During booking of appointment, we screen and refer clients with acute infections, especially respiratory related, to be evaluated and treated by our GP colleagues

3. We ensure clients with possible contact with COVID-19 defer their screening

4. We evaluate “red flag” symptoms as soon as possible and refer promptly if needed

5. We prioritize vaccinations, especially influenza and pneumococcal vaccination

Health screening helps you find out if you have a particular condition even if you feel perfectly well. Early detection, followed by treatment and good control of the condition can result in better outcomes, and lowers the risk of serious complications.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our medical team. Our Doctors and Nurses in-charge are ready to navigate your health screening journey with you during this unprecedented time of COVID-19
