ARIFIN KWEK ZHI BIN
Chief Executive Officer
Mr Arifin Kwek has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry covering operations, marketing and business development.
Before joining AsiaMedic in June 2022, Arifin was the Managing Director of Lifescan Imaging Centre and Lifescan Medical Centre, subsidiaries of Singapore Medical Group (“SMG”) and was responsible for managing the diagnostic imaging and health screening business of SMG (2015 to June 2022). Arifin also served as Senior Vice President of SMG during which he was responsible for the group’s patient, physician, insurance and corporate networks (2011 to 2019).
Before joining SMG, Arifin held the positions of Director of Operations at International Cancer Specialists (2008 to 2011) and Senior Manager for Corporate Marketing at Parkway Hospitals Singapore (2001 to 2008).
Arifin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian National University (Australia). He also attended Harvard Medical School’s Southeast Asia Healthcare Leadership program (2019-2020).
STANLEY WOO
Group Financial Controller
Mr Stanley Woo oversees the Group’s finance, accounting and taxation functions. He joined the Group in 2009.
Before joining the Group, he worked as a financial controller in listed companies. He also has auditing experience.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
SYENNY YU
Chief Financial Officer
Ms Syenny Yu is the Chief Financial Officer of AsiaMedic, where she oversees all finance and compliance functions. With over 20 years of experience in finance and corporate finance, Syenny has worked across various growth stages in listed companies, multinationals, and private equity-backed firms.
Before joining AsiaMedic, Syenny was the Group CFO of Artemis Health Ventures, where she managed finance and corporate functions. She also served on the Board of Directors for AHV’s subsidiaries, playing a key role in the post-acquisition integration of Dx Imaging and Orthopaedic International.
Syenny holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accountancy from Surabaya University in Indonesia. She is a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) of Singapore and a Chartered Practising Accountant (CPA) of Australia.
