Singapore

Resident Physician (Women Wellness)


As a fully-registered General Practitioner with the Singapore Medical Council Board, you will be responsible for the management of patients that includes health screening, wellness counselling and referral to Specialist consult, if necessary.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical examination including pap smear
  • Provide health screening & counselling
  • Refer clients for further tests or specialist consult
  • Provide medical review
  • Occasional deployment to the schools to conduct onsite screening
Requirements:
  • MBBS
  • Ability to work independently and a team player
  • Demonstrate positive attitude, passion and pride in your work

Sonographer


As a radiographer registered with the Allied Health Professional Council, you will be responsible for performing general ultrasound for patients safely and independently.
Responsibilities
  • Perform general ultrasound independently including breast and small parts
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Diagnostic Radiography from a recognised institution
  • At least 5 years’ experience in ultrasound scans, skilled in musculoskeletal ultrasound is an added advantage
  • Good patient-care skills
  • This is a contract role; renewable every 2 years
  • Successful candidates will be provided with AWS, variable bonus, leave, benefits & staff privileges
  • 5.5 days work week; no shift

Sales Consultant


Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling beauty and medical aesthetic packages to new and existing clients.
Responsibilities
  • Promote the clinic’s beauty & aesthetic products and services to clients including but not limited to medi-facials, botox, fillers and cool-sculpting
  • Close daily sales to achieve sales target
  • Closely follow up with clients’ needs
  • Handle reception and cashiering duties
  • Make cold-calls
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty and medical aesthetics industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Good public relations skills and a team player
  • Willing to work long hours from Mondays to Saturdays
  • Successful candidate will be remunerated with sales commission, overtime payment, 14 days annual leave, standard benefits and staff privileges
  • This is a contract role; renewable every 2 years
  • 5.5 days work week

Clinical Typist


Reporting to the Clinic Manager, you will be required to type medical reports with accuracy and collate medical results. In the absence of the call center agent, you will assist to answer phone calls and handle customers’ enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Nursing certificate or other certification in life science, biomedical and pharmacy
  • Ability to work independently and a team player
  • This is a contract role; renewable every 2 years

  • 5.5 days work week; no shift

Call Centre Agent


Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls
  • Schedule health screening appointments
  • Handle customers’ enquiries via phone and email
  • Handle outgoing mails
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • GCE “A” levels / Diploma in any discipline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Mid-career professional with interest to switch to healthcare industry are welcome to apply

Temporary Patient Service Associate ($10 per hour)


Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will be required to handle patient’s registration for General X-Rays/Ultrasound/MRI/CT, billing and cashiering duties, responding to general and public enquiries, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and administrative duties.
Requirements:
  • GCE “O” or “A” levels / Diploma in any discipline
  • Customer service oriented with a warm personality
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or healthcare industry will be an advantage
  • Able to converse in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking patients
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Hourly rate of pay at $10
  • 5.5 days work week; no shift
  • Successful candidate must be able to commit at least 6 months
